CJ is an 8 year old black tri who recently started to challenge the 2 intact Aussies in his home over bones and treats. CJ is neutered, very sweet and loving. He has his CDC title, has done tracking, and knows too many commands to list. He enjoys meeting people and children, loves long walks and playing ball.

Jack
Jack is a big, friendly, 11 year old Blue Merle boy in Orinda. He has shown separation anxiety for many years, but now that the last child is off to college, his anxiety level has gotten quite serious. His owners started him on Prozac in May, but he’s still anxious and as they are gone 10 hours a day, they feel he would be happier in a home with people around.
This is a nice boy who actually goes running in the morning. He’s in good shape!

Lacey
Lacey is a 65 pound, 10 year old black tri girl whose owners are having health issues and moving to Europe for treatment. Sadly, Lacey cannot go with them. She is a very sweet Aussie girl who is in good health, knows sit, come, stay, lie down and loves all people and children. She likes squeekie toys, chasing a ball and playing tug of war. Lacey has lived with cats and dogs, and has energy to spare. Lacey is in Sacramento and needs a new home by mid-October. Application required.

Ellie NCAR #XXX
Ellie just turned 8 years old on September 2. She is healthy, obedience and agility trained at our Sanctuary, and BTW, she’s a purebred German Shepherd! My friend got Ellie as a puppy and sadly, due to health reasons, can no longer walk her. Ellie grew up with dogs, children, and is crate trained and housebroken. Ellie sleeps on her bed in the house, is gentle and playful and in great health.
Ellie weighs 74 pounds and has a thick coat which our groomer takes care of every 6-7 weeks. I absolutely adore Ellie. Fostered in Grass Valley.

Sophie NCAR #1064
Sophie is a big, 8-9 year old, red tri girl whose owner fell on hard times. We gladly took her in, got her utd on her shots and groomed – isn’t she gorgeous? She loves everyone she meets and is a Velcro girl. She is also a bossy Aussie girl who would do best living with a male or as an only dog. She loves to play with toys, is housebroken and used to living inside.
